Fireside Flatbread

Come in from the cold for Bolton Valley's well-loved wood-fired flatbreads--pizza as it should be! Stop in for lunch after a morning of hard skiing and watch your specially-prepared pizza cook inside our giant clay oven. Enjoy your flatbread with a pint of one of our local draft beers, or choose from an eclectic mix of wines while you enjoy the laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere. Located upstairs in the base lodge, right across from the James Moore Tavern. Please call 802-434-6827 for more information and hours of operation.

James Moore Tavern 227Tavern_for_web.jpg

Located on the top floor of the Base Lodge, our cozy Pub offers a great view, a warm fireplace, and live entertainment on weekends. Not to mention 18 beers on tap--including a selection of local brews for you to explore. Hoist a pint of Imperial Guinness, or sample our Moose Madness Ale. Chase away winter’s chill with a “Dutch Chocolate”: Vandermint Chocolate Mint Liqueur mixed with Hot Chocolate. Try one of our signature soups, fried ravioli, our in-demand angus burger, or any of our other well-crafted offerings. The Tavern is open 3pm-10pm Monday thru Thursday; 11am-10pm Friday thru Sunday all season long.
